Equity-Based Pricing | $75–$120 per session

My standard rate for Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Parts Work, and Somatic and IFS-informed Coaching is $120 per session, based on my experience, education, training, and certifications.

To make this work more accessible, I offer an equity-based pricing range of $75–$120 per session. You are invited to choose the rate within this range that feels aligned with what you believe this type of work is worth and what feels financially sustainable for you.

This structure is rooted in my belief that greater equity, accessibility, and inclusion benefit all of us. By creating space for people to choose what they contribute based on both their financial circumstances and the value this work holds for them, I hope to support greater choice and agency while contributing to a culture in which meaningful support is not reserved only for those with the greatest financial resources.

Trauma-Informed Weightlifting | $75–$100 per session

Trauma-Informed Weightlifting (TIWL) uses strength training as a way to explore and build greater agency, choice, connection with the body, and a sense of personal strength. While it incorporates weightlifting, the intention of this work differs from traditional personal training and is informed by my broader experience and education in somatic work, parts work, coaching, and trauma-informed practice.

As I continue to build my experience specifically as a Trauma-Informed Weightlifting Practitioner, I am currently offering sessions at an introductory range of $75–$100 per session.

You are invited to choose the rate within this range that feels aligned with what you believe this type of work is worth and what feels financially sustainable for you. As with my other services, this pricing structure reflects my commitment to choice and agency while helping make meaningful support more accessible.

$50 Scholarship Rate

I also reserve a limited number of $50-per-session scholarship spaces for those who face greater financial and systemic barriers to accessing support, with particular consideration given to members of the global majority (previously known as BIPOC) and low-income communities. I currently have 7 scholarship spaces available for those who would like to apply.

The intention is to make this work more accessible to those who have historically had less access to supportive resources, recognizing that when more people have the opportunity to move beyond survival and toward greater well-being, the benefits can extend to families, communities, future generations, and the collective whole.
