In Somatic Experiencing, we focus on building the inner and outer resources that help balance life’s challenges. To keep the scales steady, we strengthen what brings a sense of joy, identity, and grounding. For some, that means testing limits in the gym — which is why personal training is offered as a powerful complement to health and life coaching, creating a truly holistic experience.
